VRC Constructions (India) Private Limited takes immense pride in completing the VRC Citymall project in Patiala, Punjab. The mall is strategically located on Rajpura Road, near the ITBP Complex, and has become a popular destination for shoppers and moviegoers.

The mall is spread over a plot area of 7107 SqMT, with a ground coverage of 2695.847 Sq MT and a leasable covered area of 98133 Sqft. It is a five-story building with a lower ground floor, upper ground floor, first floor, second floor, and third floor, and features a basement and a total of 288 parking spaces.

The mall is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable shopping experience for visitors. It has two passenger elevators and two service elevators, along with twelve escalators to facilitate movement between floors.

One of the major attractions of the mall is PVR Cinemas, which occupies an area of 22,400 Sqft and features four audis with a total seating capacity of 621, including 19 recliner seats. The cinema is equipped with the latest technology, including high-quality projection systems, Dolby Atmos surround sound, and comfortable seating to provide a world-class movie viewing experience.

The mall also houses some of the most popular retail brands in the country, including Reliance Smart, UNICorn, Levi’s, Skechers, FunZone, United Colour Of Benetton, and Reap (Multi brand Store). The stores offer a wide range of products, including clothing, footwear, electronics, groceries, and more.

The mall is designed to be energy-efficient and has a total electricity load of 2000 KW, with a power supply of 11KV, 100% power backup, and rare power cuts. The chiller plant has a total capacity of 690 TR, ensuring that the mall is comfortable and cool even during hot summers.
