The Ashram was constructed by VRC Constructions India Pvt. Ltd., a leading construction company in India, for the Seth Bhagwan Dass Bhan Chand Memorial Charitable Trust. The Ashram is located on Sunrak Road, Leela Dham, behind the famous Prem Mandir in Vrindavan, and provides a peaceful and comfortable stay for pilgrims who visit this sacred place.

The Ashram comprises three floors, including the ground floor, first floor, and second floor, and has a total built-up area of 820.40 sqm. The entire project was completed at a cost of 30 Crores. The Ashram has a total of 60 rooms, which are designed to provide a comfortable and peaceful stay for the pilgrims. Each room is well-furnished and equipped with all modern amenities to ensure a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

The construction of the Seth Bhagwan Dass Bhan Chand Memorial Charitable Trust commenced on 7th July 2014, and the project was completed on 21st April 2017, within the stipulated time frame. The Ashram is built on the principles of Vastu Shastra, a traditional Indian system of architecture that promotes harmony, health, and prosperity. The building is designed in such a way that it allows ample natural light and ventilation, ensuring a healthy and peaceful environment for the guests.
