Job Description

• Budget Forecasting and its allocation.
• Monitor Budget Sheet on time to time and share information with the Management, if situation demands.
• Negotiate terms with vendors / suppliers and creating PO’s and Agreements.
• Timely and correct Invoicing to Clients and Billing from Vendors.
• Follow-up and recovery of the due payments from the clients.
• Assistance in finalization of Balance Sheet.
• Provide advice on improving prevalent systems.
• Maintain accounting records and prepare accounts and MIS
• Manage junior colleagues and oversee the duties of Accounting System.
• Coordinating with the secretarial team and statutory auditors.
• Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal audit and internal control function.
• Managing all statutory, financial and tax compliances including GST, TDS, Advance Tax, Deferred Tax.
• Ensure revenue and cost governance- revenue assurance and cost management as per business plan.
• Generate various financial reports.

Job Specification

• Person should be a Chartered Accountant from ICAI.
• Conversant with Income tax laws, GST, ROC works and other relevant laws.
• Should have excellent computer skills like MS – Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
• Should have good drafting skills and communication skills in Hindi & English.
• Prioritize attention to detail, and possess strong organization and multitasking abilities.
