Job Description

  • Record and maintain all the entries of day-to-day business transactions like Sales, Purchase, Payment, receipts, purchase Order etc.
  • Make entries on ERP systems
  • Keep Bank Accounts up to date by posting day-to-day transactions
  • Maintain all the records & files in a proper manner.
  • Knowledge of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) & GST Returns
  • GST return, Voucher Entry
  • Checking & booking of bills, tour claims
  • Reconciliation of Bank & party ledgers.
  • TDS Calculation
  • Review the calculation & payment of payments
  • Accounts receivable/payable
  • Invoicing.
  • Knowledge of online payments & funds transfer.

Job Specification

  • Person should be a Commerce graduate.
  • Working knowledge of tally & ERP.
  • Should have excellent computer skills like MS – Excel, Word, Power Point, etc
  • Should have good drafting skills and communication skills
  • Prioritize attention to detail, and possess strong organization and multitasking abilities.
